Maria was an amazing host! Gave us a gift basket on our arrival and took the time to explain the property, and places to go.
The location was so perfect right on the Libyan sea. We loved our pool and Villa. The villas are very well stocked. The kitchen had everything you needed. Maria even provided a yoga mat to use! We look forward to going back! We loved everything about the property.

The villas are incredible - private, high end and every detail has been thought of to make your holiday amazing. Each villa has its own private pool and you look out onto a beautiful beach with excellent swimming.
There are lovely little beach cafes and restaurants in the area and the main town is just a 5 minute drive. Truly the most wonderful week and the owner, Maria, is so kind and thoughtful. We will definitely be back!

The location was just what we expected and the view from the villa was great. The villa was just as expected and we loved it. The pool area was very private and the pool was cleaned daily, which was nice. Maria, the host, was really welcoming and the welcome pack was much appreciated. We had a great holiday.

This is an amazing vacation spot! Maria is so kind and helpful. The villa is very comfortable and equipped with everything you might need. The privacy offered here is fantastic, while also being right on the beach and close enough to a few restaurants that you can walk to dinner. The private pool is also a huge bonus. We loved our stay here and would absolutely stay again!

This is one of the most wonderful places we've ever stayed anywhere. The location is ideal, private, yet on the beach. Each villa has its own private pool, with great outdoor seating. Our villa was so comfortable, with so many modern amenities. We would come back here again and again!

Over the years we have rented holiday villas in Greece but we have now found the perfect holiday villa here at Cedar Bay Villas. So much so, that we would never consider going elsewhere because this is perfection. Maria, the owner, keeps the standard high and provides little extras such as 'walking poles' for walking in the mountains and yoga mats for those who wish to do this type of exercise. I think it is like staying at a five-star hotel but so much nicer because you have more privacy and freedom allowing total relaxation. The location is outstanding and the villas are on a beautiful sandy beach, next to a pebble beach separated by an interesting land spit which has an unusual rock formation at its end. Each villa has its own private pool which is maintained and cleaned early each morning. I like to cook local food and the kitchen is perfectly equipped but there are three local restaurants in walking distance which offer excellent food. The nearby Ammos bar will deliver to the villas but the staff are so friendly it is nice to just sit and relax with a drink and a snack.

I want to live here! This place is amazing, the location is wonderful with the most incredible yet quiet beach on the doorstep and the luxury of a private pool. There is nothing I would change about it. Maria is a fantastic host and the accommodation is well thought out with everything you might need. We tried to extend our stay it was that good, should have booked for longer.

Fantastic Villa directly on the sea! We had a wonderful time in the Villa Ammos in May, 2023. The villa is well equipped, and we always took breakfast on the balcony in the upper level with the great view to the beach and the sea. The villa is only a few steps away from the beach and you can choose either the sandy or the pebbled beach. And we used the swimming pool (cleaned every day) at the villa each day, too. In the garden, there is space to chill and relax i.e., in a hammock under the olive trees.
The owner Maria gave us a very warm welcome and she already filled the refrigerator with the necessary stuff for our first day. If we needed something, she was promptly after e few minutes at the villa to help us. She made sure our stay was perfect and gave us a gift for departure. Great! Close to the villa in Gialos and in Paleochora (5 km) there are many good restaurants with Cretan cuisine if you don’t like to cook in the villa.
For us, it was a great week and if we come back to Crete, the Cedar Bay Beachside Villas are definitely on our list and we can only highly recommend it for other guests.

Tranquil and beautiful. Our stay was too short. We are already scheming to return.
What a beautiful building-so toned with the nature around it and so thoughtfully decorated and equipped. I loved watching the sunrise from our amazing bedroom window. We will definitely be back for a longer stay.

Die Lage der Villa ist spektakulär mit einem sehr großzügigen Außenbereich und liegt direkt am Sandstrand! Wir waren in der Vorsaison zu Gast, deshalb können wir nicht einschätzen, wie ``belebt`` die direkte Umgebung in der Hauptsaison ist, wenn das benachbarte Restaurant geöffnet hat und man mit Sicherheit nicht mehr der Einzige am Strand ist. Wir haben die Ruhe im März sehr genossen. Der richtige Ort zum ``Seele baumeln lassen``. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich, zuverlässig und kompetent und hat uns bei Ankunft mit einer ``kulinarischen`` Grundausstattung überrascht. Die Ausstattung des Innen- und Außenbereichs lässt keine Wünsche offen.

We loved being so close to the beach but still in such a secluded place with beautiful trees and flowers. We enjoyed the local restaurants and also for a bit more went to Paleochora.

Amazing 2 weeks spent here at Lithos.It was our first time to Paleochora but it won’t be our last .The location here is unbeatable.
