The ground floor includes a cozy living room, a contemporary open plan kitchen, a dining area and a stylishly – tiled bathroom. Comfortable sofas, multi-media equipment, wi-fi and a pellet stove complemented with discrete decorative accessories, create a welcoming environment.

The upper floor consists of two exquisite double bedrooms, with custom-made modern wooden furniture and generous individual wardrobe spaces. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with stone walls, tiled in natural sand tones and equipped with high quality bathroom accessories. The bedrooms open on to a wonderful private terrace, with luxurious outdoor furniture, ideal for a private breakfast or an evening cocktail.

The villa is equipped with ceiling fans in both bedrooms and three air conditioning units. These can be used for both cooling and heating. During the winter, guests can also use the pellet stove in the main living area which heats both bedrooms and the ground floor.

The villa’s outdoor space complements its interior. Among the cedar trees, our guest will find a private refuge to cool off and enjoy a lazy day by the pool. Lithos’ private turquoise swimming pool has an area of 32m² and it is framed by a private veranda and contemporary designer furniture. Enjoy a cool breeze at the shaded veranda, sunbathe on your private wooden sunbeds by the pool, or even indulge yourself to snacks and refreshments from the beach bar, should you wish to enjoy the beach laying on your private sunbeds.
